Our process
Witness the transformation of agro-waste at your table
Five steps, one loop. Nothing is grown to make this product — it starts as something a mill was about to throw away, and ends as soil.

Cane is pressed
Sugar mills crush cane for juice. What comes out the other side is bagasse — a dry, fibrous pulp.
- 02
Waste is rescued
Bagasse is normally burned as boiler fuel or left to rot. We take it before either happens.
- 03
Heat does the work
Washed, pulped, then pressed in a heated mould. The rigidity is mechanical — no binder, no plastic film.
- 04
It reaches your table
Strong enough for a full hot meal, light enough to stack. Freezer to oven without a second thought.
- 05
It goes back to soil
Into a home compost heap. In about 90 days it is indistinguishable from the soil around it.

Sugarcane fibre is pressed under heat until it behaves like a rigid plate. Nothing is added to make it waterproof — which is exactly why nothing is left behind.
